Payday 3 Release Date
Starbreeze Studios told us that Payday 3 will come out on Friday, September 21, 2023. You can play it on your computer, Xbox Series X/S, and PlayStation 5. They shared this news during the summer Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase.
Payday 3 Trailer
The first Payday 3 trailer shows us what the game will be like. It begins with a heist but turns into a big fight with characters causing chaos, running from the police, and blowing things up.
But Payday 3 is not just about action; it also focuses on sneaky gameplay. The stealth trailer for Payday 3 shows characters doing sneaky things like avoiding lasers, sneaking around buildings, taking out guards quietly, and using zip lines to escape.

Payday 3 Gameplay
When Payday 3 comes out, it will have eight big heists you can play right away. They might add more in the future, even though it’s a bit less than the twelve heists in Payday 2. But here’s the cool part: these heists in Payday 3 are going to be much bigger and more exciting.
In Payday 3, when you’re doing a heist, it goes through different stages. At first, you try to be sneaky, but if the cops catch on, things get tricky. Instead of just fighting them, you can grab a civilian and use them as a shield to negotiate with the cops. It’s a whole new way to survive when a heist goes wrong.
You’ll have lots of choices to make your heists better. You can pick different skills and weapons for your character. Plus, you can customize your guns with different sights, magazines, and stocks, but you need to use them to get better at it.
You also get some gadgets, like a mini-camera and a thing called an ECM Jammer that blocks cameras. The police in Payday 3 are smarter than before. The SWAT teams, for example, will hide behind their friends with shields and won’t hurt innocent people.
You’ll face different kinds of opponents, like regular SWAT folks, snipers, shield-carrying enemies, and special ones like the super-armored Bulldozer, the grenade-throwing Nader, the stunning Zapper, and the ninja-like Cloaker. In 2021, they announced that Payday 3 will be set in New York City. We’ll see the original group of characters: Dallas, Hoxton, Chains, and Wolf.
