No, we don’t think that the Midnight Club PS5 is going to be released any soon. Midnight Club is a popular game series that hasn’t been seen in years. Each of its four games did well with critics and buyers, but Rockstar San Diego hasn’t touched the series since Midnight Club: Los Angeles Complete Edition came out in 2009. This has fans wondering if there will be a Midnight Club 5 on PS5 or if the series is over for good.

Even though fans still want Midnight Club 5, it looks like Rockstar may never make it, no matter how much we want it. In the last ten years, Rockstar Games has moved to a much faster release plan. Smaller projects like Midnight Club have been mostly forgotten or put on hold. After Midnight Club: Los Angeles came out, there were reports that Midnight Club 5 was being made for PS3 and Xbox 360. But it seems to have been put on hold, and since then, Rockstar San Diego has mostly worked on the RAGE engine and helped other companies.

Midnight Club PS5 Release Possibility
The only thing that might make it possible for Midnight Club 5 to come out on PS5 is that we know Rockstar is working on the next-gen port of GTA5. So, a Midnight Club game could be in the works as the studio’s next big game. But it’s more likely that the company is putting most of its efforts into making Grand Theft Auto 6.
Sad to say, it doesn’t look like Midnight Club 5 will be made. If it is, it will probably be added to GTA Online as an addition or mode. At least for now, Rockstar makes too much money from the Grand Theft Auto and Red Dead Redemption series to be able to focus on anything else.
Conclusion: Midnight Club’s future, especially a PS5 version, is questionable. Since the last installment was nearly a decade ago, many of the original team members have moved on to other projects, but fans still hope. Rockstar Games now prioritizes Grand Theft Auto and Red Dead Redemption over Midnight Club. Rockstar’s work on next-gen GTA5 is possible, but they’re likely focusing on Grand Theft Auto 6.
