A new leak for the forthcoming update (version 4.1) to the Genshin Impact game has revealed the special characters that will be featured on the first banner. In this game, updates are divided into two groups, each with its own set of special characters and weaponry.
We currently have a special banner with two older characters, Zhongli and Tartaglia, as well as other good four-star characters. Genshin Impact 4.1 will be available in a few weeks, and the game’s makers, HoYoverse, have revealed the new characters that will be included.

Neuvillette, who employs water magic, is shown to be extremely powerful throughout the game’s story. He even defeated Tartaglia, another powerful figure. Some believe Neuvillette is more powerful than Furina, the water god of the game’s nation, Fontaine.
When it comes to Neuvillette’s strengths in the game, he’ll be a strong DPS character. His main attack is known as the Charged Attack, and it functions similarly to Lyney and Ganyu’s attacks. He can perform two levels of this assault depending on how long you hold the button down.
When he utilizes his super powerful Charged Attack, he fires a tremendous water beam that hits a large number of enemies at once. But there’s a catch: it also depletes Neuvillette’s health when he does it.
The good news is that this loss of health cannot exceed 50% of his complete health. Most people who utilize characters like Neuvillette make sure he has a lot of HP, so this shouldn’t be too much of an issue.
