This SNAFU comes in the flavor of the highly anticipated Auction House. Diablo 3 was a wild success story. After more than 10 years of waiting for a new game to the series, it finally arrived. It had a huge crowd on the opening day which eventually led to server troubles. These troubles have trickled through the past couple weeks with server restarts after server restarts, not to include patches made.
One member on blizzards forum said it best, "Blizzard fixes 10 bugs, creates 20 more."
Even after all the above, I'm still dedicated to the game and will continue to play it. Last night however, brought on a new bunch of hate mail for blizzard. Originally the Real-Money Auction House was set to go live on May 29th. However, after a brief closure of the gold Auction House that date what changed! The date now reads June 12, 2012. I'm completely amazed. How they've been working on this game for such a LONG time and are still having this many issues is beyond me.
Now I don't say all this just to be a jerk, i've been buying and selling items with the AH since it was first available. The items are just now starting to get better. People are getting further in the game, there are a ton of people playing on Hell now. I have yet to beat the first act on Hell (So freakin hard).
Anyways, this is all for now. I'm sure i'll have new and improved things to rant about as the game progresses. For now, Cheerio.
